Academic Outreach Manager
The Academic Outreach Manager will be responsible for expanding the adoption and utilization of CYBER.ORG resources among K-12 educators, schools, school districts, and state education agencies.
A primary focus of this position will be increasing educator engagement with CYBER.ORG’s online content management system and supporting CYBER.ORG in meeting performance benchmarks established through the CETAP grant. The Academic Outreach Manager will develop relationships with K-12 education stakeholders and conduct direct outreach to educators, school administrators, district leaders, curriculum coordinators, career and technical education leaders, and state departments of education.
The position will frequently travel to schools, districts, conferences, professional development events, and other education-focused meetings to promote CYBER.ORG resources and drive educator adoption. This individual will serve as a visible representative of CYBER.ORG and must be comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from individual classroom teachers to district superintendents and state-level education leaders. This individual will also need to be creative in how CYBER.ORG resources can fit into existing school, district, and/or state education frameworks. Problem-solving skills are a must.
The position will work closely with CYBER.ORG leadership, curriculum, professional development, and marketing teams to identify outreach opportunities, increase educator engagement, and monitor progress toward organizational and grant-related performance goals. This position will require frequent travel throughout the United States. This position reports to the Director of CYBER.ORG. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position.

Curriculum Designer-Instructor
This position is based in Bossier City, LA.
The curriculum designer-instructor performs professional educational work requiring advanced knowledge in the fields of education, computer science, cybersecurity, and instructional design. This position blends pedagogical expertise with technical proficiency to design, develop, and deliver innovative K–12 cybersecurity, computer science, and artificial intelligence instructional resources. Curriculum designer-instructors also provide professional development and training for educators nationwide, supporting effective implementation of CYBER.ORG curricula in diverse educational settings.
This position is located at the Cyber Innovation Center (CIC) in Bossier City, LA and reports directly to the CYBER.ORG Manager. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position.

JOB CORPS - Cybersecurity Program Instructor
This position is based in Milwaukee, WI.
The Cybersecurity Program Instructor delivers engaging, industry-aligned cybersecurity and information technology instruction to Job Corps students using CYBER.ORG curricula, labs, and instructional resources. The instructor combines technical knowledge with strong pedagogical practice and consistent student support to prepare young adults for entry-level IT and cybersecurity careers, including pathways toward CompTIA IT certifications.
The instructor is responsible for planning and delivering daily lessons, facilitating labs, supporting credential attainment, and ensuring student progress aligns with Job Corps requirements, including Electronic Training Achievement Records (eTAR) updates, Evaluation of Student Progress (ESP) cycles, and Career Success Standards. This position requires collaboration with Job Corps staff, community partners, and CYBER.ORG teams to ensure high-quality instruction, strong student outcomes, and alignment with federal workforce development expectations.
The worksite is the Milwaukee Job Corps Center, 6665 N. 60th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53223. This position may be full-time (exempt) or part-time. The CIC employee assigned to this role delivers the CYBER.ORG-supported cybersecurity program at the center, reports to the CYBER.ORG Manager, and coordinates day-to-day activities with the designated Job Corps Center supervisor. Employment is contingent upon CIC’s contract with the Milwaukee Job Corps Center and continued program funding.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (I)
The Software Engineer I performs professional technical work requiring foundational knowledge in software engineering, web application development, and cloud infrastructure. This position collaborates with stakeholders and team members across several Cyber Innovation Center product teams, including CYBER.ORG and STRIKEWERX, to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that support the organization’s mission.

Senior Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)
This position will work collaboratively with engineering, analytics, operational, and government teams, focusing specifically on the development, execution, and sustainment of mission engineering and digital engineering activities utilizing Cameo Systems Modeler.
Acting as a technical lead and subject matter expert for Cameo and MBSE activities, the Systems Engineer will support mission thread development, systems integration, operational architecture modeling, communications and NC3-focused engineering efforts, and mission engineering analysis in support of national defense initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring experience developing MBSE architectures, supporting mission engineering environments, training and mentoring technical teams on Cameo and SysML methodologies, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and mission areas. The ideal candidate must be capable of contributing immediately to ongoing mission engineering efforts with minimal ramp-up time.
